Mustard is bold and lively, yet still pleasantly warm and easy to wear. Nevada Neo barefoot ankle boots in Mustard are a standout piece for the colder season. The matte nubuck has a soft velvety look, while the darker sole, laces and padded collar give the model a practical outdoor-meets-city character. The padded collar above the ankle adds comfort, and the rear pull tab makes the shoes easier to put on. The mustard shade pairs beautifully with earthy and neutral tones. It works especially well with denim, cargo trousers, jeans, a parka, a quilted jacket or a wool coat. In women's outfits, it also looks great with a skirt, warmer tights, a knitted dress or an oversized sweater. The barefoot construction gives feet freedom even on colder days. I wanted to use the Nevada shoes as my winter shoes, but they are so slippery that even with just a light dusting of snow, I'm slipping in every step.
They are super cute and very comfortable, but they are a "fair weather shoe" not a winter shoe.
