Choose your size according to your measured foot length. The EU size shown on the shoe box and shoe label is the primary reference.

When selecting a size, please keep in mind that insulation slightly reduces the space inside the shoe.

How to measure your foot correctly?

  • Place a blank A4-sized paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
  • Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
  • Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the farthest point from the heel (beware, it may not always be the big toe)
  • Measure the distance between these two points on feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.197 in)
  • The number obtained is the length of the foot
  • Add an extra 0.197 in (ideal leeway) to the length of the foot, and you will get the ideal size of your shoe.
  • Find your shoe size per the above measurements by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
  • The size chart indicates the inner length and width of our barefoot shoes in inches.

Important note

  • Our size charts may not correlate with other brands. Hence we recommend following the above steps to determine your correct Be Lenka barefoot shoe size.
  • Due to the thickness of insulation in the mentioned model and the warm socks that are usually worn in the winter season, we recommend choosing a larger excess than you normally wear, or if you fall between 2 sizes, choose the larger one.

Love these, very flattering and great fit. I do order up a size in belenka though. Im an eu 39 across the board but have to order 40s here otherwise my toes are squished

I hesitated for years before going for barefoot shoes and these Be Lenka are my first experience. Today I walked 17 km in the rain with these shoes and it’s a win! They are so much better than I hoped they would be.
