How to correctly measure your foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.197 in to your measured length and you have your size

Be Lenka has a website that actually shows you the width of the toe box. This has made sizing easy and accurate. The shoes hold up well. I have four pair, one for each season. I wish I had found them while I worked as a stylist. My feet would have been much happier.

Amazing, amazing shoes... I've tried quite a few barefoot shoe models and these may be my absolute favorite. I wear these the most out of all of my shoes for work and daily wear. Completely flat with plenty of toe space, amazing ground feel and wonderful grip. The volume is perfect where it works with my low-medium volume foot, but would probably work for higher volume too. On top of that, they look amazing! Discreet as a barefoot shoe and versatile in terms of what you can wear them with. Be Lenka: please keep making the Synergy and do not change the design!! I have the cognac and pebble grey and love them both. More colors would be great, as well :) maybe a black with white sole or dark green? Well done on making an amazing boot.

So far, they feel great. True to size, with enough room in the thoebox. The colour is perfect for first sunny days.
