  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.197 in to your measured length and you have your size

They are great! I was sceptical if they fit thin ankles, but they do! I only added additional inserts for less volume in shoes, becaues I have low foot.
