  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.197 in to your measured length and you have your size

The shoes look nice and are comfortable for the toes. But the first time I tried wearing them it was very painful for the back of the foot- over the heel. Maybe I need to wear them first with light socks until the shoe stretches..
