How to measure your foot correctly?

  • Place a blank A4-sized paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
  • Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
  • Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the farthest point from the heel (beware, it may not always be the big toe)
  • Measure the distance between these two points on feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.197 in)
  • The number obtained is the length of the foot
  • Add an extra 0.197 in (ideal leeway) to the length of the foot, and you will get the ideal size of your shoe.
  • Find your shoe size per the above measurements by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
  • The size chart indicates the inner length and width of our barefoot shoes in inches.

Important note

  • Our size charts may not correlate with other brands. Hence we recommend following the above steps to determine your correct Be Lenka barefoot shoe size.
  • Due to the thickness of insulation in the mentioned model and the warm socks that are usually worn in the winter season, we recommend choosing a larger excess than you normally wear, or if you fall between 2 sizes, choose the larger one.

First I ordered a size 41, because I thought as a winter boots I should have more space in the shoes. That was big for me, so I send it back. The return and the back payment goes very well and quickly. Than I ordered a size 40, and it is perfect. I love it. I had printed the size guide, which was very helpful, but it says I should add an extra 0.5-1.2 cm. For me an extra 0.5 cm was enough. The exchange of the size would be great.

Love the shoes, but what's the point in having a finger pull loop at the back of the shoe if it's not big enough to get your finger in? Please make the loop larger.
