How to correctly measure your foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.197 in to your measured length and you have your size

I really like these boots. I wore them straight out of the box for several hours of shopping and they didn't make my feet sore. I used the size chart and measured my feet to get the right fit. I have barefoot boots from another brand that fit me in the EU size 41 while these fit great in size 39 so I'm glad I measured and used their size chart. I did add a thin wool insole to these boots as my foot volume is low and they were slightly loose without it. They would be perfect with thick socks. I think the sole is a great compromise between having traction and separation you from the cold ground while still being flexible. You won't be able to feel every pebble you walk on but your feet won't freeze either. These have a thin wool lining that will help in colder temps. I wore them on a 60° F day and my feet weren't too hot. These are a great compromise between barefoot comfort and stylish. I don't feel like I'm wearing clown shoes with these boots. I will definitely be trying some other styles from this brand.

Would recommend the Diva - All Black! They are comfortable, well made, and versatile. I’m typically a US size 8.5 and the size 40 fits great with room for a thicker sock.
