  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.197 in to your measured length and you have your size

Really wanted to like them but had to return, nice style and I'm a fan of the barefoot style, but they were too narrow at the widest part of my foot despite the measurements being correct

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to inform you, that you may also adjust this model to your needs, due to it´s construction. All you have to do is take out the laces and then adjust the upper. But we also have wider models, which may be more suitable than this model. Your Be Lenka Team

These are my first barefoot shoes ever and I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't sure about the size so before making a purchase I used chat on the website and very nice Agent helped me to make the right choice (much appreciated!). So, when I got my order I wasn't sure how it's going to be, I tried them on and didn't feel convinced so I gave myself few days to adjust. I am writing this because if you buy barefoot shoes for the first time it can be bit shocking experience. I was using them at home to get used to them and then outside and... I felt in love! They're so comfy! Usually when I was buying new shoes and walking in them for few hours I had blisters, in these ones - I was wearing them all day outside and I felt super comfortable and no blisters at all! So remember it's important to be open to this experience because walking in barefoot shoes is very different (at least for me) than in other shoes. All in all I am super happy with my purchase and I get compliments about my new shoes :) Thank you BeLenka for nice design, help, taking care of our feet and environment at the same time. I will definitely buy more in the future :)
